Defender Concrete Solutions recently lifted and stabilized a two sinking patios that had support beams with separate footers. The slabs had sank over an inch around the footers, creating much concern and an eye sore for the homeowner. We were able to lift the slabs back in place and stabilize them against future settling. We then applied SealantPro sealer to all of the concrete. SealantPro is a permanent sealer that only needs to be applied once. It will protect the surface of the concrete against winter elements and other chemicals to prevent "spawling" or "flaking" of the surface. When this was complete we sealed the joints to prevent moisture and debris from getting in the joints. It was a complete job that turned out great.
